The film raises awareness of the connections between plastics and oil, global poverty and climate change, and was watched almost 600 times over 2 days. The panel was attended by 150 people from all over Ireland and abroad! Our panel of experts addressed key issues raised in the documentary from impacts of plastic on our daily lives, on our health, what are the alternatives to plastics, and how can we encourage and support greater re-use. The input from the audience was amazing with questions for the panelists addressing issues arising from the film and from the panelists own presentations as well, the conversation could have gone on all night!
